Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Director, Client Delivery Lead to oversee client project execution and ensure alignment with client targets. This role involves understanding the SDLC, managing projects in both waterfall and agile methodologies, and assessing risk mitigation. The Director will collaborate with Account Executives and technology teams to achieve client outcomes within Zinnia's program portfolio. They will lead a team of Program/Project Leads, ensuring adherence to standards for predictable delivery outcomes.

Role involves:
  • Supporting client discussions and planning for portfolio roadmaps.
  • Collaborating with peers and technical leads to forecast resource demands.
  • Monitoring client portfolio status, including progress, spend, and dependencies.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for project delivery issues.
  • Driving client conversations on scope management.
  • Improving team performance through mentoring and training.
  • Driving contract review and approval processes.
  • Supporting Program and Project Manager client teams review and approve of billable effort/cost weekly, in addition to monthly invoice generation
  • Participating in monthly finance discussions to review P&L

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience (CAPM, PMP preferred).
  • 15+ years of total technology experience.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Jira.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, governance, and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.
