Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Director, Client Delivery Lead to oversee client project execution and ensure key targets are met. This role involves a deep understanding of the SDLC and the ability to manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies. The Director will collaborate with various teams to achieve client outcomes within Zinnia's program portfolio.

The Role Involves:
  • Supporting client discussions and planning for portfolio roadmaps.
  • Preparing and facilitating strategic client planning sessions.
  • Collaborating with peers and technical leads to forecast resource demands.
  • Monitoring client portfolio status, including delivery progress and project spend.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for project delivery issues.
  • Driving client conversations on scope management.
  • Improving team performance through mentoring and training.
  • Driving contract review and approval processes.
  • Supporting the review and approval of billable effort and costs.
  • Participating in finance discussions to review P&L.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience (CAPM, PMP preferred).
  • 15+ years of total technology experience.
  • Experience managing projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Jira.
  • Experience with third-party system support, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to tailor communications and influence decisions.
  • Strong results orientation and management skills.
  • Experience with conversions and implementations.
  • Knowledge of annuities and life products.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.
