Zinnia is seeking a Director, Client Delivery Lead to join their team. This role is accountable for execution on client project work, ensuring key client targets and outcomes are met. The Director will lead a team of Program Leads/Project Leads, driving adherence to standards and practices to increase predictability in delivery outcomes.
Role involves:
Supporting client discussions and planning activities.
Collaborating with peer Delivery Leads and internal Technical Lead resources.
Monitoring and managing Client portfolio status.
Acting as the first point of escalation for project delivery.
Driving Client conversations on scope management.
Improving team performance through leadership and mentoring.
Driving contract review and approval process.
Supporting Program and Project Manager client teams in reviewing billable effort/cost.
Participating in monthly finance discussions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of Project Management Experience.
15+ years of total technology experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Understanding of the full software development project lifecycle.
Knowledge of project management tools and software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, etc.).
Experience with third-party system support, preferably in insurance/financial services.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to tailor communications and influence decisions.
