Inbank is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to join their Vilnius office. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for production, partners, and communication, contributing to Inbank's focus on innovation and growth.

Role Involves:

• Managing POS/ePOS materials
• Designing and producing Inbank-branded items
• Collaborating with agencies
• Sourcing new partners
• Planning and organizing partner events
• Sending regular newsletters
• Preparing partner-facing materials
• Tracking budgets and optimizing costs
• Administrating Inbank website
• Monitoring competitors
• Collaborating with sales, customer care and HR teams

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Hands-on experience producing POS/ePOS materials
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost optimization
• Experience in planning and coordinating events
• Good project management skills
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and good English communication skills
