Compliance Specialist

Job Description

Inbank is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join its multinational Compliance Team in Poland. The Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring Inbank's operations adhere to internal policies and external regulations, particularly in consumer financing, data protection, and anti-money laundering. The role involves communication with regulatory authorities, analyzing Inbank’s operations, and finding solutions that balance regulatory requirements with Inbank’s drive for innovation.

What this role involves:

• Monitoring regulatory developments and communicating their impact.
• Overseeing compliance of Inbank’s activities and identifying potential issues.
• Participating in local and group-wide projects, providing regulatory advice.
• Ensuring the accuracy of internal regulations.
• Assisting in communication with supervisory authorities.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Polish and EU banking and financial regulations.
• Experience in a compliance role within the financial sector.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into business-oriented solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• A degree in law or equivalent legal education.
