Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Mobile Architect to shape the architecture and design of its mobile applications. The Mobile Architect will lead the technical vision for mobile platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across iOS and Android devices. They will also participate in product planning, providing technical expertise and insights to drive innovation and achieve business goals.

What this role involves:
- Translating product requirements into architectural documents and diagrams
- Maintaining architectural documents and ensuring they are always updated
- Making architectural decisions for feature additions
- Ensuring architectural direction aligns with product strategy
- Performing code reviews and ensuring efficient code engineering
- Ensuring applications are implemented using software engineering best practices
- Being responsible for the stability and reliability of products
- Creating and enforcing processes that improve developer efficiency and productivity
- Participating in the screening of engineers for hire
- Providing mentorship to young engineers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years proven experience in system design, architect, and development
- Experience with native mobile development using Flutter/Dart, Android/Java and iOS/Swift
- Experience in software development and coding in Java Programming Language
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- High quality organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
