Job Description
SonicWall is seeking a Software Dev Staff Engineer in Test to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and architecting software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. They will conduct code reviews, tackle complex technical challenges, and mentor junior engineers.Role involves:
  • Designing and architecting software systems
  • Conducting code reviews
  • Solving complex technical challenges
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Enhancing user experience
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of testing and automation experience in networking
  • Good knowledge in Network and/or Network Security
  • Good understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and principles
  • Experience in scripting with Python
  • Experience with Expect, TCL, Python, Design Patterns, Perl/Selenium or WATIR/Selenium; DHTML/AJAX/Flash is a strong plus
  • Good aptitude for testing, troubleshooting, problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Excellent communication skills
