Job Description
ExtraHop is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its UI team. The engineer will be responsible for crafting web interfaces for ExtraHop’s products. The role involves delivering data-rich visualizations and investigative tools to users.- Designing, developing, and maintaining front-end components.
- Collaborating with UX designers, product management, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Participating in agile development processes, code reviews, and technical strategy discussions.
- Acting as a technical expert and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Addressing technical debt and improving the codebase.
- 7+ years of professional front-end development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, Reason, or Elm.
- 5+ years of expertise with a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte).
- Experience developing and scaling Single Page Applications (SPAs).
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor other developers.
