Job Description

Betsson is seeking a proactive and adaptable Compliance Officer to join their expanding team in Buenos Aires. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, while also building strong relationships with external regulators and internal stakeholders.

The role involves:

• Acting as the main point of contact with local and international regulators.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the business.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Leading internal compliance initiatives, including risk assessments.
• Preparing and submitting reports to regulatory bodies.
• Supporting employee training on compliance-related topics.
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation and procedures.
• Participating in regulatory audits and inspections.
• Contributing to a culture of compliance and integrity.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience within the online gaming industry.
• Proven experience interacting with regulators and managing compliance in regulated markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AML, KYC, data privacy, and licensing requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
