Betsson Group is seeking a CRM Project Manager to join their CRM Projects & Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about CRM technology and driving operational efficiency. This role involves working at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions, optimizing the CRM infrastructure that supports the Global CRM Operations teams.Responsibilities include:
  • Leading CRM system and tool enhancements.
  • Improving processes and automating workflows.
  • Working on customer-facing CRM features.
  • Acting as a bridge between CRM operations, internal Product Development teams, and external vendors.
  • Managing CRM-related projects.
  • Troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • Participating in establishing best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in iGaming.
  • Expertise in CRM operations, CRM platforms, JIRA & Confluence.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Exceptional people skills.
