Betsson Group is looking for a Director of CRM Performance & VIP to join their Global CRM & Engagement department. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on global operations. The Director will report to the Director of CRM & VIP and will be responsible for strategic vision and leadership in driving CRM and VIP initiatives.Role involves:
Providing updates on CRM and VIP performance.
Translating group strategy into actionable goals.
Conducting monthly CRM & VIP business reviews.
Improving segmentation, offers, lifecycle management, and campaign effectiveness.
Educating CRM Campaign Operations teams.
Enhancing audience segmentation.
Supporting the development of machine learning models.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
10+ years in CRM and VIP, preferably within the online gaming industry.
5+ years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
Strong background in CRM strategy, performance optimisation, and stakeholder communication.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable leading teams working with CRM Database Operations and SQL-based tools.
Collaborative, cross-functional approach to leadership.
