What This Role Involves:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team of recruiters.
- Partnering with hiring managers and department heads to meet hiring goals.
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring from the front.
- Owning the full recruitment journey, from strategy to onboarding.
- Optimizing tools, processes, and metrics.
- Championing the employer brand.
- Driving data-driven decisions through KPIs and recruitment analytics.
- Staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in fast-paced, international environments, preferably within I-Gaming.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people.
- A collaborative approach and relationship-building skills.
- Obsession with creating a fantastic candidate experience.
- Data-savvy with a sharp eye for KPIs and recruitment metrics.
- Fluent in English.
