What This Role Involves:
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team of recruiters.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and department heads to meet hiring goals.
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring from the front.
  • Owning the full recruitment journey, from strategy to onboarding.
  • Optimizing tools, processes, and metrics.
  • Championing the employer brand.
  • Driving data-driven decisions through KPIs and recruitment analytics.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in fast-paced, international environments, preferably within I-Gaming.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people.
  • A collaborative approach and relationship-building skills.
  • Obsession with creating a fantastic candidate experience.
  • Data-savvy with a sharp eye for KPIs and recruitment metrics.
  • Fluent in English.
