Betsson Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent to assist Nordic and English-speaking customers. The role involves communication via email, chat, and telephone, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills. The agent will translate promotional texts and surveys, manage customer accounts, and adhere to responsible gaming practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Nordic-speaking and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs
  • Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and a Nordic language, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Additional language skills are considered a plus
