Betsson Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta. This role involves assisting Swedish and English-speaking customers through various channels and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a background in customer service. Responsibilities: - Assisting Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs.
- Translating promotional texts and customer surveys into the local language.
- Managing customer accounts.
- Following company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.
Requirements: - Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Additional language skills are considered a plus.
