Payments and Fraud Analyst (Night Shift)

Betsson Group is seeking a Payments and Fraud Analyst to join their team in Malta. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional investigative skills, and a desire for continuous learning. The Payments and Fraud Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer accounts, combating fraudulent activities, and proactively mitigating fraud trends.

The role involves processing payments for Betsson Group's clients across a diverse range of brands. The candidate will address transaction-related issues, spot and handle fraudulent transactions, and collaborate with other departments to improve internal systems.

This is a shift-based role, requiring the ability to work night shifts on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments for BML Group clients.
• Ensure fraudulent transactions are spotted and handled swiftly.
• Assess and escalate cases accordingly.
• Research and solve fraud cases.
• Work with Betsson Technologies to improve internal systems.
• Collaborate with other areas of the department.

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in the iGaming industry.
• Analytical mindset and interest in fraud detection.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant software.
