Betsson is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join its award-winning Customer Service team in Malta. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and offers opportunities for learning and development within the company. This position involves assisting customers in Greek and English via email, live chat, and phone, collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals, translating promotional texts, managing customer accounts, and adhering to company policies regarding player safety and responsible gaming.Role involves:

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
