Gaming - Product Manager

Betsson Group is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and improvement of its gaming product. The Product Manager will take ownership of the product development roadmap, guiding development towards achieving desired outcomes. He will be responsible for discovering and delivering effective product solutions that work for customers, users, and the business. He will oversee the launch of new features and updates, test their performance, and iterate quickly to drive continuous improvement.

What this role involves:

• Defining and communicating the platform’s vision and strategy.
• Generating, sourcing, and evaluating new ideas and continuously refining product development roadmaps.
• Establishing delivery plans for roadmap items.
• Taking ownership of the overall quality of the product.
• Driving the execution of the product roadmap.
• Defining and communicating launch plans for new product releases.
• Leading the product discovery process.
• Collaborating with other departments and operations teams to address internal user feedback.
• Driving the effective collection and use of data to inform decision-making.
• Actively engaging and working closely with other areas of the business to maximise the value added from new product releases.
• Providing guidance to the development teams and mentorship to the product teams.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product owner or similar.
• Experience with product development lifecycles, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
• Proficiency in techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery.
• Demonstrated understating of modern technologies, frameworks, and systems.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Experience working with agile and remote development teams.
• A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Demonstrated results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A high level of proficiency in English is required.
