Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to lead the Gaming Area team. This role focuses on enhancing game play and discovery across all Betsson's brands and markets. The Gaming Area is central to the company's strategy, supporting all gaming sites. The successful candidate will help prepare the journey to containerization, improve system scalability, and maintain high quality.

Role Involves:
  • People management, including motivation, recruiting, and performance reviews.
  • Close communication with POs, Architects, and stakeholders.
  • Product development to meet business needs.
  • Proactive involvement in solution development and process improvements.
  • Participating in decision-making for application architecture.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of backend software development experience.
  • 1+ year of team management or Scrum Master experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and API integrations.
