Job Description
Betsson is seeking a BackEnd Software Engineer with a passion for Web3 to contribute to innovative iGaming products. The Backend Developer will be responsible for the server-side code and APIs of web applications, collaborating with the development team to ensure system consistency and a great user experience.

Role Involves:
  • Participating in sprint planning, task estimation, development testing, code reviews, and software deployment.
  • Maintaining and improving existing software.
  • Designing code and unit tests.
  • Managing SQL and NoSQL data models.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a backend developer.
  • 3+ years of developing backend systems, preferably in .NET/C# with knowledge in ASP.NET Web API.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server or Postgres, including writing queries and tuning performance.
  • Experience with blockchain integrations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing distributed and multi-tier systems, understanding SOA principles and service-oriented environments.
  • Knowledge in automated testing and continuous integration.
  • Experience using agile/lean methodologies for continuous delivery and improvement.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Confident in both written and spoken English.
