Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a Frontend Engineering Team Lead to join their Gaming Area team. This role focuses on enhancing game play and discovery across all Betsson brands and markets. The successful candidate will contribute to building a micro-frontend UI, improving system scalability, and maintaining high quality.

Role Involves:
  • People management, including motivation, recruiting, and performance reviews.
  • Close communication with POs, Architects, and stakeholders.
  • Product development using modern software development practices.
  • Proactive involvement in solution development and process improvements.
  • Participating in architectural decision-making.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
  • 1+ year of team management or Scrum Master experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
