Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a passionate IT Support Specialist to join their Corporate IT team in Vilnius. This role involves building and supporting corporate services, improving technical operations, and utilizing modern technologies. The IT Support Specialist will connect business needs across multiple locations, ensuring professional support while managing costs.
Role involves:
- Maintaining and developing Corporate Infrastructure.
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Taking ownership of systems and service monitoring.
- Implementing continual improvement.
- Providing technical expertise for operational procedures.
- Contributing to maintenance and installation work.
- Identifying and resolving operational problems.
- Administering Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure.
- Managing Corporate Services like Active Directory and Office 365.
- Carrying out system backups and data restoration.
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT support and infrastructure projects.
- Maintaining IT equipment in the office.
- Working on call and/or on shifts as required.
Requirements:
- Located in Lithuania and willing to work onsite in Vilnius.
- 2+ years of experience on traditional infrastructure On-Prem.
- Knowledge of system and data backups and restores.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and SCCM.
- Service mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
- Clear verbal & written communication skills.
- Full proficiency in English & Lithuanian is a plus.
