Technical Interviewing Coordinator

Job Description

Betsson Group is seeking a Technical Interviewing Coordinator to support its Recruitment Team and ensure the smooth operation of talent selection and hiring activities within the tech function. The Interviewing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating recruitment processes, tracking and reporting on hiring metrics, scheduling interviews, and acting as the primary liaison between the committee and the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.

Role involves:

• Coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling and interview coordination.
• Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to monitor hiring committee effectiveness.
• Acting as the primary contact for communication between the tech hiring committee and the TA team.
• Maintaining recruitment records, including candidate evaluations and hiring decisions.
• Supporting hiring members by preparing materials and facilitating meetings.
• Enhancing candidate experience through coordinated interview schedules and communication.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment coordination or related roles.
• High level of organisation and time management skills.
• Experience of data analysis or independent calculation and reporting of KPIs.
• Attention to detail and good Excel skills.
