Job Description
Zecure Gaming is seeking a CRM Database Operations Coordinator to collaborate with the commercial department, optimizing CRM campaign plans and creating automated solutions for enhanced customer experiences and operational efficiency. This role involves understanding stakeholder needs, determining data requirements for CRM campaigns, and executing plans with high data accuracy.
Responsibilities: - Meeting with stakeholders to understand campaign plans and identify pain points.
- Determining data requirements for CRM campaign segmentation and automation.
- Executing plans while maintaining high data accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Demonstrating problem-solving skills for complex segmentation and automated campaign journeys.
- Guiding stakeholders on creating automated user journeys.
- Performing quality assurance checks and driving team efficiency.
- May be assigned on-call duty.
Requirements: - Degree in Statistics/Math/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience using Knime or similar SQL database marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign targeting, data interrogation, and manipulation.
- Experience in the gaming industry.
- Experience with queue management software (Jira etc.).
- Experience with tool integration via APIs.
