Job Description

RIZK is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to execute the digital marketing strategy for the Croatian and Serbian markets. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and agencies to continuously improve the overall success of digital marketing campaigns.

Role Involves:

  • Overseeing and monitoring campaigns across programmatic, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Providing detailed performance reports and insights.
  • Maintaining organized documentation and supporting daily marketing operations.
  • Coordinating Paid Media activities for RIZK Croatia & Serbia.
  • Assuring alignment and optimization of paid media channels and agencies.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google and Meta Ads.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Fluent in English reading and writing.
  • Must be a Serbian national.
