• Candidate Recommendation: Use network to attract candidates for teaching roles.
• Resume Collection: Submit valid resumes from qualified candidates.
• Candidate Tracking: Track and engage candidates to achieve successful hires.
• Event Organization: Plan and host online/offline events to promote job opportunities.
• Recruitment Channels: Identify and develop new pathways for recruitment.
• Reporting: Track and report all resumes and hires monthly.

Requirements:

• Must be an enrolled undergraduate student.
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Have an extensive campus network and strong social media skills.
