Senior Software Engineer (Desarrollador Senior .NET)

Job Description

FLYR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Manizales, Colombia. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for defining technical strategies for projects, taking ownership of organization-wide challenges, and championing high standards for code quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a strong background in architecting solutions across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define technical strategy for projects that span multiple teams.
• Take ownership of organization-wide challenges.
• Champion high standards for code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
• Assess new technologies and competitive products.
• Collaborate closely with team leads and managers.
• Mentor and guide engineers across teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ and Redis.
• Extensive experience in software development.
• Strong background in architecting solutions across teams.
• Proven ability to lead and influence technical direction.
• High-level communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
