Fusion Worldwide is seeking a driven and ambitious Account Manager (EMEA) to join their team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This role involves building and nurturing strong customer relationships, understanding customer businesses, promoting products and services, qualifying opportunities, and executing the sales process. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling hardware or tangible products, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand each customer's business, including products, services, and markets
- Promote products and services with persuasive messaging
- Qualify opportunities by identifying customer needs
- Execute the entire sales process with urgency and accuracy
- Monitor and track sales metrics to drive performance
- Maintain detailed records of prospecting activity and sales opportunities in CRM
- Experience in selling hardware or tangible products, preferably in trading
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
- Self-starter mentality with high ambition and a drive to succeed
- Good understanding of the sales qualification process and full sales cycle
- Natural networker with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
