Senior Data Analyst

Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to assist customers in exploring healthcare data, enhancing population health, and reducing healthcare costs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and work alongside high-caliber professionals to develop sophisticated technical products.

A Day in the Life Involves:

• Guiding and mentoring the team in best data handling practices.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables.
• Transforming data to create easy-to-digest analytical reports.
• Designing and building workflows on the Data Activation Platform.
• Monitoring and tuning workflow configurations for high availability.
• Implementing Innovaccer data warehousing concepts and best practices.

What Innovaccer Needs:

• 5+ years in an analytics role in a data services/product firm.
• Strong data modeling ability.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for ETL; knowledge of scripting languages like Python is a plus.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Extensive experience relaying technical and non-technical information.
• Expert problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellence in multitasking and managing multiple customer engagements.
• Competence to mentor junior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science; advanced degree is a plus.
