Lead Data Scientist

Innovaccer is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to contribute to the development of next-generation predictive analytics tools in healthcare. The ideal candidate will leverage healthcare data to build algorithms that personalize treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral history.

The Lead Data Scientist will play a crucial role in designing and leading the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to improve patient health and wellness. They will collaborate with business leaders and customers to understand their pain points and develop large-scale solutions.

Role involves:

• Designing and leading the development of AI initiatives.
• Collaborating with business leaders and customers.
• Defining technical architecture for machine-learning algorithms.
• Integrating data science capabilities into product workflows.
• Building tools for repeatable data tasks.
• Defining and executing quarterly roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Masters in Computer Science or related field (PhD Preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong Python experience.
• Experience with deep learning techniques and GenAI pipelines.
• Experience deploying deep learning models in production.
• Knowledge of classical ML techniques.
• Experience with model explainability techniques (LIME, SHAP).
• Hands-on experience with ML platforms (Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker).
• Knowledge of implementing an MLOps framework.
• Customer-focused attitude.
