Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a Security Engineer-II to join their Cyber Security Team in Noida. This role focuses on risk assessment for customer and internal activities, involving both proprietary and public data. The Security Engineer-II will work with various security domains across multiple cloud platforms.

Role Involves:

  • Responding to RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • Coordinating with RFP and legal teams on security-related queries.
  • Analyzing and updating compliance policies and procedures.
  • Implementing privacy controls and policies.
  • Driving vendor risk assessment and risk management programs.
  • Implementing audit controls for external audits (SOC2 Type2, HiTrustHIPAA, ISO27701, etc.).
  • Performing third-party risk assessments and remediation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for audit evidence.
  • Identifying control gaps and formulating action plans.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of privacy and compliance controls of Federal & State Regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Information Security Risk & Compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with HIPAA, SOCII, ISO27001:2022, HiTrust, etc.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, NISTSP800-53, HiTech, FedRamp, AzRamp, MARSE, etc.
  • Experience with Vendor Risk Assessment and Legal Review of Security Exhibits.
  • Good to have CISSP/CISA or other relevant certifications.
  • Hands-on skills in Data security controls.
  • Understanding of Security Architecture and proficient in data security control implementation.
  • Familiarization with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure & GCP.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Readiness to work with teams and clients in the USA & Middle-East.
