Director Growth Strategy - Provider

Innovaccer is seeking a Director of Growth Strategy to drive sales of analytics and actuarial services for Providers. This role involves supporting market and sales strategy, conducting opportunity assessments, designing custom solutions, and defining strategies to maximize outcomes for Innovaccer's prospects and customers. The Director will lead collaboration across cross-functional teams and partner with the sales team to engage prospects, understand their pain points, and define value pathways using Innovaccer solutions.

Role involves:

• Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Engaging in consultative discovery with prospects and customers.
• Collaborating with product teams to refine solution roadmaps.
• Developing pitch decks, ROI models, and business cases.
• Leading executive conversations and building trust with C-suite executives.
• Driving internal alignment to streamline deal processes.
• Conducting industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with the Customer Success team to identify growth opportunities.
• Leading and managing analytical consulting projects.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, client engagement, or project management.
• Strong experience in the Provider domain.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple analytics projects.
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and CRM systems.
