Intern-Webflow Designer

Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a highly skilled Webflow Design Intern to join their GTM team. The GTM team is passionate about healthcare and wants to leave a positive impact in the ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design and development capabilities, translating Figma designs into fully functional websites on the Webflow platform with pixel-perfect execution.

The intern will have a keen eye for detail, be adept at identifying misalignments, and possess strong debugging skills to ensure a flawless user experience. They will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.

Role involves:

• Transforming Figma designs into responsive and interactive websites using Webflow.
• Conducting thorough reviews of web projects to identify and rectify any design misalignments, bugs, or performance issues.
• Collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients.
• Utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to enhance Webflow functionalities.
• Staying updated with the latest Webflow features, design trends, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Webflow Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Webflow.
