Senior AI Engineer

Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge predictive analytics tools in healthcare. The ideal candidate will leverage healthcare data to build algorithms that personalize treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral history. This role involves designing and building a scalable AI platform architecture, developing agentic frameworks, and deploying high-performance AI applications.

Role involves:

• Designing and building scalable AI platform architecture.
• Developing agentic frameworks and AI agents for healthcare use cases.
• Designing and deploying high-performance, low-latency AI applications.
• Building and optimizing ML/DL models, including generative models.
• Constructing and managing data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Conducting experiments and statistical analysis to guide development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate AI innovations.
• Partnering with business leaders and clients to co-create AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong API development skills.
• 3+ years of experience in data science and 1+ year in building generative AI pipelines.
• Strong Python programming skills with enterprise application development and optimization.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning SLMs.
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or Autogen.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB).
• Experience with embedding models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) design.
• Familiarity with at least one ML platform (Databricks, Azure ML, SageMaker).
