Staff AI Engineer

Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join their team in Noida, India. This role involves leveraging healthcare data to build algorithms that personalize treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral history. The ideal candidate will define and build the next generation of predictive analytics tools in healthcare.

Role Involves:

• Architecting and evolving the AI platform infrastructure.
• Driving the design and development of multi-agent systems for healthcare.
• Delivering high-availability, low-latency, production-ready AI applications.
• Leading the development and deployment of ML/DL models.
• Overseeing scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Translating experimental results into actionable insights.
• Guiding strategic alignment of AI initiatives.
• Mentoring AI engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborating with leadership, product, and customers.

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years in software development, with 6+ years of experience in AI/ML systems.
• 1+ year hands-on experience building generative AI pipelines, agents, and RAG systems.
• Deep experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen.
• Experience with vector databases like FAISS, ChromaDB, and embedding models.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML systems in production at scale.
• Strong understanding of classical ML techniques.
• Deep proficiency in Python and enterprise application development.
• Experience with at least one cloud ML platform (Azure ML, Databricks, SageMaker).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems (Spark, Kubernetes), and MLOps best practices.
