Vice President-Product Management (Payer)

Innovaccer is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to drive product strategy, development, and execution for payer offerings. This role involves close collaboration with product and sales leaders, as well as internal and external stakeholders. The VP will have overall accountability and responsibility over product strategy, development, and execution for payer offerings across risk & quality, member experience, prior auth/UM, claims management and processing,  advanced analytics, interop and data integration solutions space.

The ideal candidate will have a balance of business strategy vision and operational mindset to drive towards outcomes. They should be analytical, collaborative, and self-driven, with a passion for healthcare technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Co-owning the revenue target with the GM overseeing growth in the payer market
• Driving product strategy efforts with full ownership of specific payer solutions
• Spearheading product development, especially for early-stage concepts
• Engaging the payer GTM team (sales and marketing) in support of payer GTM efforts
• Developing close relationships with executives at all of our payer customers
• Providing effective and inspiring leadership

Requirements:

• Direct product experience with two or more areas of payer solutions
• 10+ years of product management or other comparable experience
• 5+ years experience developing product for payers
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant professional degree preferred
