Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to join their team in Dallas, Texas. The Senior Quality Analyst will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans and scripts. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. He/She will ensure that the end product meets the appropriate quality standards, and is fully functional and user-friendly.
Role involves:
- Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents
- Creating detailed test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities
- Designing, developing, and executing automation scripts
- Identifying, recording, documenting, and tracking bugs
- Performing thorough regression testing
- Developing and applying testing processes
- Performing data validations and transformations
- Liaising with internal teams
- Monitoring debugging process results
- Investigating the causes of non-conforming software
- Tracking quality assurance metrics
- Staying up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 4-6 years in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Python, Selenium)
- API Testing experience (REST/SOAP, Postman, Pycharm, Pytest)
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- US Healthcare Data experience (clinical, claims, FHIR, HL7, X12, CCDA)
- Experience in reconciling data from Source to Target
- Ability to validate data mappings (ETL Transformations, Business validation, and Aggregation/Analytical checks)
- Experience with record in/record out validations
- Experience in MDM Testing
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
