Job Description
PagerDuty is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive to join their customer-focused team. This role reports to a Director of Commercial Sales and focuses on acquiring new business opportunities within the commercial segment, targeting accounts with revenues between $50-500 million.Role involves:
  • Creating, developing, and managing net-new business deals.
  • Expanding PagerDuty's footprint within landed accounts.
  • Prospecting and organizing to achieve sales victories.
  • Providing consultative guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of full cycle sales experience.
  • 1-2 years + strong background in lead generation and prospecting.
  • Experience with SaaS software tools like SFDC, Outreach/Salesloft, Tableau, and DemandBase/6Sense.
  • Proven ability to quickly gain trust with senior leaders.
  • Exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Passion for cloud technologies.
