Job Description
Backbase is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to join its ICT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Atlassian suite, building and supporting external automation using Workato, and defining processes in collaboration with other departments. This role involves developing automations, integrations, scripting, and managing data migrations. The candidate will also serve as the resident expert on Atlassian suite products, leveraging application engineering experience to solve complex problems across various platforms such as Google Workspace, BambooHR, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
Role Involves:
- Supporting the Atlassian suite of products.
- Building and supporting external automation using Workato.
- Defining processes in collaboration with other departments.
- Developing automations, integrations, and scripts.
- Managing CSV imports and data migrations.
- Working extensively on add-ons such as EazyBi and Jira Automation.
- Providing day-to-day support for projects across the business.
- Auditing access permissions and usage.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian products.
- A degree or professional recognition in a relevant discipline.
- Industry-recognized training and certifications (ACP-100/120, ACP-200, etc.).
- Expert knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud Suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
- Experience with Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS), preferably Workato.
- Working knowledge of data querying and scripting (SQL, bash, python, google apps script, powershell, Excel VLookup etc).
- English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Based in Kraków and able to come to the office twice per week.
