Job Description
Backbase is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and ABM campaign strategies with leading ecosystem partners. This role involves cultivating partner relationships and aligning with internal teams to execute global and regional ABM campaigns. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will track success metrics to improve future plans and scale global ABM adoption.Role involves:
  • Working with Growth Marketing, Partner Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to define and drive joint Go-to-market strategy.
  • Liaising with Ecosystem partners to create and execute joint Go-to-market strategies.
  • Leading global Account-based marketing campaigns and supporting field marketing teams.
  • Setting up funnel metrics and tracking campaign performance.
  • Building and managing relationships with global ecosystem partners.
  • Securing partner commitments for strategic initiatives.
  • Managing the global campaign budget & MDF allocation.
  • Becoming the “Subject Matter Expert” in the Backbase partner ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • Solid understanding of Backbase values in the context of Enterprise (SaaS) selling.
  • Excellent English speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in alliance marketing/partner marketing with hands-on experience in relationship building, campaign management, and field execution.
  • 2+ years of track record of working with major Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle Cloud) is a plus.
  • Experienced Account-based Marketing practitioner (ITSMA certified is a plus).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Analytics, Agile way of working, or Project Management. Masters preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, brand marketing, and growth marketing functions.
  • Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Success in collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders.
  • Creative with a proven track of record in demonstrating creative spark.
