Job Description
Backbase is seeking a Regional Partner & Alliances Director for North America. This role involves managing the partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth, and expanding partner capabilities. The director will work with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership, providing mentorship and performance management to a diverse regional partner team.
Role involves:
- Articulating a disruptive vision to partners.
- Cultivating new relationships with strategic partners.
- Providing leadership and strategy with internal stakeholders.
- Managing business territory plans and delivering against targets.
- Ensuring customer success with partners.
- Evangelizing the partner model internally and externally.
Requirements:
- Experience in scaling a business through a partner ecosystem.
- Knowledge of partner business models, especially SaaS.
- Understanding of digital banking and sales.
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Background in consulting services.
- Experience in recruiting and developing individual contributors and managers.
