Python Engineer

Job Description

A company is seeking a Python Engineer in Krakow to be responsible for solution development and support, serving as the go-to expert for all things Python-related. The Python Engineer will work within a cross-functional team to seamlessly integrate products on time. They will be responsible for integrating the platform into customer systems using Python and building tailored solutions to meet customer needs. During projects, they will take on the expert role for Python development, building code, running tests, and coaching client-side developers. They will also provide support through advice, mentoring, audits, and on-the-job training, and present technology rationales to experts.

Requirements:

• Living in Kraków and able to come to the office twice per week.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Experience with integration patterns and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Microservices, Docker, and k8s.
• Understanding of software architectures and web technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
