Job Description
Backbase is seeking a Senior UX Designer to strengthen UX design within the organization and ensure market leadership. The Senior UX Designer will work within squads, acting as an ambassador for best practice UX Design and contributing to customer success projects. This role requires someone to come to the office twice per week and be located in Kraków.
Role Involves:
- Leading and delivering full lifecycle project delivery in squads.
- Identifying improvements to the UX design methodology.
- Ensuring the quality of UX design, consistency, and Design System reuse.
- Building relationships with complementary disciplines and educating non-designers on UX best practices.
- Managing and coaching junior team members.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent theoretical knowledge and practical experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, User Interface Design, HTML/CSS, or User Research.
- 2-5 years of experience in the Financial services industry.
- Solid knowledge about products and services offered by the Financial services industry (Digital Banking).
- Experience in the lifecycle of a software implementation project.
- Educational formation in UI component Design, Interactive Design, User Experience Design.
- Professional working proficiency in English and local language.
