Job Description
Backbase is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves being a conduit between client visions and groundbreaking solutions, shaping the future of banking with a global organization. The Senior Solutions Engineer will be a trusted advisor to banking customers, crafting innovative solutions and demos to solve their challenges and fuel growth.
Role involves:
- Working directly with customers to understand their business needs.
- Designing, demonstrating, and presenting market-changing solutions.
- Partnering with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Deep curiosity for client needs and a desire to make a lasting impact.
- Knowledge and experience in private banking, wealth management, investment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of modern enterprise software architectures, mobile & web technologies (Java, Spring, Angular, iOS, Android, Kubernetes).
- Entrepreneurial energy to think, create, build, and improve.
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
- Experience in financial services is preferred (especially banking).
