Front-End Manager (Web & API)

Job Description

BitMEX is seeking a Front-End Manager to lead a team of Full Stack Web Engineers. This role involves managing a team of engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading technical initiatives to enhance BitMEX's user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing engineering teams, expertise in NodeJS and React, and familiarity with industry coding practices. • Managing a team of 5 full-stack engineers
• Collaborating with Sales, Product Managers, and other tech departments
• Leading technical initiatives for product development
• Establishing engineering best practices

• 10+ years of professional experience in Computer Science
• Experience building and managing frontend/backend/mobile software engineers and designers
• Expertise with NodeJS and React
• Familiarity with current industry coding practices
• Experience building real-time trading UIs
