Job Description
BrainStation is seeking a Coordinator, Growth Operations to join their Growth team in London. The role involves building brand awareness, lead generation, partnership management, and event delivery. The Coordinator will work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive business growth through dynamic projects and process development.
  • Identifying and nurturing relationships with community partners.
  • Supporting community engagement through meaningful activities.
  • Planning and executing lead nurturing and acquisition events.
  • Supporting growth operations processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for scalable process creation.
  • Assisting with content creation.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn and a coachable attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team.
