BrainStation is seeking a Coordinator, Growth Operations to join their Growth team in London. The role involves building brand awareness, lead generation, partnership management, and event delivery. The Coordinator will work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive business growth through dynamic projects and process development.
- Identifying and nurturing relationships with community partners.
- Supporting community engagement through meaningful activities.
- Planning and executing lead nurturing and acquisition events.
- Supporting growth operations processes.
- Identifying opportunities for scalable process creation.
- Assisting with content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and a coachable attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team.
