Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound customer interactions across various platforms.
- Triage requests to appropriate teams.
- Address and resolve unique scenarios in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the growth team to meet objectives.
- Provide regular feedback to improve processes.
- Document and build playbooks for team growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success or related field.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Desire to find creative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Aptitude for learning new software.
