Laboratory Technician (m/f/x) Development Services

Job Description

Simtra BioPharma Solutions, a world-class CDMO, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their Development Services team in Halle, Germany. This role is crucial for preparing, executing, and documenting experiments and analyses in formulation and lyophilization development projects, working closely with development scientists.Simtra BioPharma Solutions is dedicated to helping clients scale, innovate, and bring life-changing medicines to patients worldwide. • GDP-compliant documentation of all experimental results
• Gain expert knowledge on analytical equipment
• Continuously improve department-specific processes
• Maintain and improve lean and safety status in the development laboratory
• Support maintenance and calibration work
• Support laboratory logistics

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as chemical laboratory worker, chemical-technical assistant, medical-technical assistant, biological-technical assistant or equivalent
• Self-motivated with a high energy level
• Organized, structured, and results-oriented approach
• Background in particle and/or protein analytical technologies desirable
• Team spirit and well-developed interpersonal skills
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with laboratory management systems
