Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a dedicated EHS Environmental Protection Officer to join their team in Halle/Westfalen, Germany. This role is pivotal in managing all environment-related matters at the location.Simtra BioPharma Solutions is a top-tier contract development and manufacturing organization with over 65 years of experience, collaborating with more than 60 international clients to bring sterile, injectable drugs to market worldwide. • Advising on all environmental legal and technical issues.
• Managing the management system according to ISO 14001 and 45001.
• Supporting approval processes and monitoring the implementation of approval requirements.
• Handling inquiries from authorities and customers.
• Assessing new production requests.
• Contributing to the ESG working group.
• Reporting on environmental/sustainability matters.
• Organizing emergency management.

Requirements:

• Completed studies/training as an engineer (Master, Bachelor, Technician, Master Craftsman) in environmental technology or related fields.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in environmental protection.
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working.
• Understanding of complex processes.
• Enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
• High communication and assertiveness skills.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
