BrainStation is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to join their Growth team in New York. This role involves working at the intersection of technology, education, and workforce transformation. The Director will lead by example and co-create scalable strategies to expand enterprise relationships, working with global organizations to ensure their teams have the skills needed for the digital economy. Reporting to the VP, Sales, the Director will shape BrainStation’s enterprise growth strategy and develop a high-performing sales team.Role involves:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to grow enterprise relationships.
- Managing a personal pipeline of enterprise accounts.
- Collaborating with clients to design customized learning programs.
- Co-creating scalable sales processes and team structures.
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Tracking and analyzing sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of sales and leadership experience.
- Understanding of leading and developing sales teams.
- Resourceful self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for digital skills training and workforce transformation.
