Job Description
Ethos is seeking a Sales Enablement Associate to engage and manage strategic distribution partnerships. The role involves working closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to drive rapid business growth and build a category-defining product. This position is ideal for a driven, communicative, and process-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented, and mission-driven environment.Ethos is looking for someone to:
  • Provide sales content, resources, and tools to strategic distribution account owners.
  • Manage distribution partner onboarding, training, and account management for Ethos’ platform.
  • Demonstrate Ethos’ value to distribution partners and effectively differentiate, sell, and drive adoption of the Ethos solution.
  • Serve as the internal point-of-contact for strategic distribution account inquiries.
  • Ensure strategic distribution partners at all levels have a positive user experience.
  • Translate partner needs and advocate on their behalf to internal stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to identify and provide solutions for varying partner needs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for impact and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment.
  • Prior enterprise sales enablement experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Prior experience in life insurance (a plus, but not required).
